What will your typical day look like?
Requirement analysis and design will involve working closely with clients and our broader teams to understand solution requirements, then creating clear and detailed design specifications to meet those needs. You will be responsible for Implementation and testing while developing cloud-native, API-based, and modern integration solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and meeting both functional and non-functional requirements, as well as conducting thorough integration testing to ensure quality and reliability.
You will be responsible for troubleshooting, assisting, diagnosing and resolving technical issues to maintain smooth solution delivery. Working as part of a teaam, actively supporting your peers through code reviews, specification reviews, and by sharing your expertise to help others grow. This role will be client facing and involves engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated, high-quality solutions.
There are plenty of learning and problem-solving opportuniteis to stay up to date with the latest technical trends and exploring innovative ways to solve complex problems. Contributing to the broader Engineering practice, sharing knowledge, helping develop internal assets and accelerators, and taking part in initiatives that strengthen our engineering community.

Technical skills:

2+ years’ experience developing Web APIs using C# and the .NET ecosystem.

Experience with automated unit testing.

Understanding of various integration patterns.

Experience using AI-assisted engineering tools, such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Anthropic Claude, AI-enabled IDE assistants, or similar productivity tools.

Practical capability applying AI-assisted engineering across the software delivery lifecycle, including requirements analysis, solution design, code generation, test creation, documentation, troubleshooting, and delivery governance.

Understanding of responsible AI-assisted delivery practices, including effective prompting, reusable prompt patterns, validation of AI-generated outputs, secure handling of client information, privacy awareness, and maintaining human accountability for engineering decisions.

Highly desirable: Experience or capability with Azure AI Foundry, including using Azure AI services and tooling to design, prototype, and support AI-enabled solutions.

Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, or similar source control and CI/CD platforms.

Highly desirable: Experience delivering solutions on Azure using services such as API Management, App Services, Azure Functions, Service Bus, Event Grid, Logic Apps, Container Apps, and AKS.

Highly desirable: Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Azure Bicep or Terraform, and scripting.

Desirable: Relevant Azure professional certifications.
