We’re seeking a talented Employer Brand & Marketing Specialist to join our high-performing team for a 12-month fixed-term parental leave cover. 

 

In the role with us, you’ll bring many different talents, all anchored to our team’s mission to attract, engage, and acquire the best talent into Deloitte to deliver solutions to our clients. 

 

We are ideally looking for an experienced writer who can create content and deliver a narrative to support the Talent Acquisition (TA) team's internal and external work. Working closely with the Director of TA and Mobility, TA leaders and the Employer Branding team, your work will ensure we effectively communicate the team’s challenges, progress, achievements, and capability. 

 

What will your typical day look like? 
Reporting to the Employer Brand & Marketing Manager, you will quickly grasp the tasks at hand and immerse yourself in the content that needs to be delivered in the role – stakeholder comms, award submissions, presentations, employee stories, social media and marketing campaign content, Alumni comms, etc. 

 

There will be many stakeholders involved at times, so you’ll need to be well-versed in managing a project and engaging stakeholders whilst keeping tasks on track. The team you’ll be joining currently manages the Deloitte employer brand, recruiting campaigns and initiatives for the firm, so you’ll be working across the team to help us deliver on lots of interesting and exciting projects and campaigns.

 

About the team 
Your colleagues are experienced employer branding and recruitment marketers who work with business leaders to position Deloitte as an attractive employer amongst desired talent segments. The employer branding team is spread across Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane and is part of a larger national Talent Acquisition team, so no matter where you’re based, you’ll have colleagues nearby.

You are someone with:  
•    Possesses strong communication skills, ideally within a corporate or professional services environment.
•    Demonstrates exceptional written communication abilities and can adapt to various tones of voice.
•    Is proficient in PowerPoint and can visually and textually tell compelling stories.
•    Has a knack for absorbing and translating complex information into clear, succinct messaging.
•    Excels in time management and thrives in managing concurrent projects and engaging with multiple stakeholders.
•    Can influence and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
