As one of our Directors within the Strategy & Transformation Office (STO), you will play an important role in supporting the firm’s transformation agenda and contributing to the delivery of our FY26 and FY27 enterprise transformation program. This is a high-impact role working closely with senior leaders to help drive coordination, governance and execution across key transformation streams.
You will support the Translation of strategy into action—helping to ensure initiatives are well-governed, effectively delivered and generating meaningful impact for the firm. You will contribute to governance cadence, reporting and execution oversight across the transformation portfolio, while building your leadership capability at the Director level.
About the team
The Strategy & Transformation Office provides a structured and disciplined approach to delivering our firm’s overarching strategy. The team plays a central role in accelerating transformation, enabling sustainable growth, and ensuring the firm continues to evolve and maintain its competitive edge.
Within this, the Transformation Management Office (TMO) provides the infrastructure and oversight required to support the “how” behind large-scale enterprise transformation—driving clarity, alignment and pace across complex initiatives.
What will your typical day look like?
You’ll work alongside a high-performing and growing team to support a portfolio of firmwide transformation programs that enhance customer experience, operational excellence and organisational effectiveness. Operating across multiple workstreams, you will help bring structure, momentum and visibility to key strategic initiatives.
Specifically, you will:
• Support the identification and prioritisation of transformation initiatives and contribute to the development of business cases, including defining objectives and assessing value against strategic goals.
• Assist in developing delivery plans, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks and resource requirements.
• Contribute to establishing clear roles, responsibilities and governance frameworks to support successful program execution.
• Support stakeholder engagement and communication across programs, helping to drive alignment and awareness of change impacts.
• Track program performance and support reporting on value realisation and delivery outcomes.
• Provide support to ensure delivery discipline and coordination across multiple transformation streams.
Enough about us, let’s talk about you.
• Solid project and program management experience, with exposure to enterprise or large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Background in corporate transformation, strategy, consulting or a similar environment.
• Experience supporting end-to-end delivery of complex programs or workstreams.
• Comfortable working across multiple initiatives, bringing structure and organisation to dynamic environments.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Effective stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated people leadership or mentoring experience, with a desire to continue developing as a leader.
• A proactive, curious and resilient mindset.
