Director - Sales Transformation

We are seeking an exceptional Director – Sales Transformation to join the Growth team. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful client impact, contribute to major opportunities, and set Deloitte apart in the market.
What will your typical day look like?
This role involves leading the planning, coordination, and execution of initiatives to align with broader transformation goals. This includes tracking delivery outcomes, collaborating with initiative leads, and ensuring deliverables meet specific business unit needs. The role requires driving project progress by working closely with initiative owners to resolve issues and maintain momentum, while ensuring consistent messaging through collaboration with the Transformation Office and Client & Industry leads. Supporting change management activities is essential, involving the embedding of key initiatives across business units, engaging stakeholders to foster awareness, and shaping effective communication strategies. Coordination with the Pursuit Office and key stakeholders is vital to enhance approaches for winning large, complex deals, and tracking the impact of transformation on pursuit success rates. This role will contribute to the adoption of new ways of working aimed at improving how we win larger, more complex deals.

You may have all or some of the following skills/experience:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent work experience in sales, as well as change and transformation
- Operates as a leader to champion sales best practices
- Deep experience and passion for sales, growth and clients
- Experience developing others to achieve high performance
- Adaptable communication style to effectively influence and engage a variety of audiences
- Encourages a coaching mindset, sharing feedback and lessons learned, and helping connect colleagues with potential mentors when appropriate.
