About the Role
As a Director in Modern Marketing Technology, you will play a key leadership role in shaping the future of marketing technology solutions at Deloitte Digital. With a primary focus on Braze, you will drive client engagements, technology delivery, and business development,
integrating marketing platforms and data solutions like Snowflake, Databricks and CDPs to enable personalized, data-driven marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement & Strategy: Act as a trusted advisor to senior clients, guiding them on Braze implementation, marketing automation, and data-driven personalization strategies.
- Technology Leadership: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of Braze-led marketing solutions, integrating with AWS, GCP, Azure, Snowflake, Databricks, CDPs, Decisioning and Analytics platforms to enable scalable marketing transformations.
- Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities, working closely with leadership and sales teams to drive revenue growth.
- Project & Team Leadership: Mobilize and manage cross-functional teams (strategy, user experience, and technical development) to deliver high-quality digital marketing solutions.
- Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain relationships with top decision-makers, leading engagements, proposal development, and pricing strategies.
- People & Talent Development: Mentor and coach teams, contribute to talent acquisition, and support staff retention while fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
About You
You are a natural collaborator and leader with a passion for modern marketing technology and a deep understanding of MarTech ecosystems. You thrive in and enjoy pushing the boundaries of digital innovation. complex, high impact projects
Your Experience & Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in marketing technology consulting, digital transformation, or MarTech implementation.
- Expertise in Braze as a marketing engagement platform, with experience integrating Snowflake, CDPs, analytics, and personalization engines.
- Proven sales and business development experience within marketing technology services, with the ability to identify, pitch, and close new opportunities.
- Strong technical and strategic knowledge across Marketing Automation, Data Platforms, and Digital Customer Experience.
- Ability to lead executive-level client conversations, challenge conventional thinking, and inspire clients with a data-driven, customer-first approach.
- Background in consulting, digital agencies, or enterprise marketing technology implementation is highly regarded.
