We are seeking an exceptional Director – Sales Transformation to join the Growth team. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful client impact, contribute to major opportunities, and set Deloitte apart in the market.

 

What will your typical day look like?            

This role is primarily focused on shaping and executing the long-term vision for of our client and relationships approach including transforming our approach to account management under a new operating model, broadening our relationship assets and offerings and rolling out a more strategic approach to relationship development that is aligned with the most influential decisions makers on our most strategic accounts and pursuits. This senior leadership role advises Executive Sponsors to drive change, optimise processes and uplift capabilities to align with our Firm strategy and future business needs to deliver value to our clients. You will empower direct reports to manage the day-to-day operational aspects of the Clients and Relationships domains including account planning and performance and resourcing / allocation. This role acts as a point of escalation for stakeholders.

You may have all or some of the following skills/experience:

  • Extensive experience driving transformation and managing change
  • Marketing and/or Business Development experience.
  • Experience working with and influencing senior leaders to drive transformation change and strategy execution
  • Strong commercial acumen interpreting financial and pipeline reporting and driving commercial outcome
  • Understanding of professional services environment advantageous but not essential
  • Strong leadership and project leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple transformation initiatives simultaneously while inspiring and leading a team through change and uncertainty
  • Experience in implementing change initiatives in a complex stakeholder environment
  • Commercial insight combined with an in-depth knowledge of both Deloitte and our clients’ operating environment including leveraging data to provide recommendations to leaders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data for decision-making and continuous improvement.
