About the team

Our Finance Assurance team are specialist advisors in finance function transformation, accounting change, program financial management, transaction accounting advice and specialised finance outsourcing.

 

We help clients make their finance functions more efficient and effective, make better business decisions and navigate the complexities of accounting issues. Join an innovative team and get involved in offering services like financial and management reporting, finance transformation, regulatory compliance, accounting advice and finance technology solutions. You’ll collaborate with specialists across the firm to bring the best solutions to the corporate sectors.
 

Enough about us, let’s talk about you.  
We’re looking for someone with:   

  • Anywhere from 10 – 12 years of experience in a related field
  • Qualifications in an accounting/finance degree and/or CA qualification or equivalent 
  • Experience in implementing or managing finance technologies
  • Commercial experience within an accounting function would be an advantage 
  • Strong technical accounting and problem-solving skills
  • Experience leading and mentoring a team
  • Well-developed relationship management and market development skills
  • Identify change initiatives to deliver process improvement and efficiencies
  • Excellent collaborative skills, precision thinking and a dedicated work ethic 
  • Experience with Concur and/or Blackline technologies would be an advantage, but is not essential
