Description:

Job Requisition ID: 41802

  • Thrive in an innovative, collaborative people culture
  • Purposeful client work with real community impact
  • Mentoring, coaching and leadership programs to help you make an impact that matters

Join our Audit & Assurance team in Sydney in a Director role where you'll lead major audit portfolios across Global and Private Market clients and help drive the strategic direction of the practice.

What will your typical day look like?

From listed businesses with evolving stakeholder expectations to privately held organisations navigating growth and change, your work will span multiple audit engagements with different levels of complexity, risk and pace. You'll oversee delivery across your portfolio, guide teams through key decisions and make sure quality, compliance and professional standards stay front and centre.

At this level, the role is as much about leadership as delivery. You'll build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, support engagement economics and spot opportunities to strengthen service across accounts. Your judgement will influence client outcomes, team performance and the consistency of delivery across engagements.

Working closely with Partners, Directors, Managers and broader specialist teams, you'll help create an environment where people can do strong work and keep developing. The pace is varied, the expectations are high, and you'll have the scope to mentor future leaders while helping the practice grow sustainably.

About the team
