•  Play a pivotal role in shaping the firm’s transformation agenda and strategic priorities
•  We value in-person connection with our teams and clients, with flexibility to balance work and life
•  A unique opportunity for experienced transformation leaders seeking strong career progression

As one of our Directors within the Strategy & Transformation Office (STO), you will be at the centre of driving the firm’s transformation agenda and delivering at pace on our FY26 and FY27 enterprise transformation program. This is a high impact 2ic senior operator role responsible for running the enterprise Transformation Management Office (TMO) and driving stability, momentum and execution discipline across five major transformation streams.

You will play a critical role in translating strategy into action—ensuring initiatives are well-governed, effectively delivered and generating meaningful impact for the firm. Ultimately, you will be accountable for governance cadence, reporting integrity and systemic execution oversight across the transformation portfolio.

About the team

The Strategy & Transformation Office provides a structured and disciplined approach to delivering our firm’s overarching strategy. The team plays a central role in accelerating transformation, enabling sustainable growth, and ensuring the firm continues to evolve and maintain its competitive edge.

Within this, the Transformation Management Office (TMO) provides the critical infrastructure and oversight required to determine the “how” behind large-scale enterprise transformation—driving clarity, alignment and pace across complex initiatives.

What will your typical day look like?

You’ll work alongside a high-performing and growing team to lead a portfolio of firmwide transformation programs that enhance customer experience, operational excellence and organisational effectiveness. Operating across multiple workstreams, you will bring structure, momentum and visibility to some of the firm’s most important strategic initiatives.

Specifically, you will:

•  Identify and prioritise transformation initiatives, then develop robust business cases—defining objectives, assessing value against strategic goals, and outlining the financial, strategic and operational rationale.
•  Create detailed delivery plans, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, systemic risks and resource requirements.
•  Establish clear roles, responsibilities and governance frameworks to ensure programs are structured for successful execution.
•  Drive awareness and alignment across programs, communicating change impacts to key stakeholders and supporting delivery in line with plan, budget and quality standards.
•  Define program KPIs and track value realisation, reporting on how effectively initiatives are delivering against intended benefits.
•  Provide enterprise-level oversight to ensure delivery stability and execution discipline across multiple transformation streams.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you.

•  Strong project and program management capability, with experience designing and mobilising large-scale enterprise programs and driving pace and alignment across complex initiatives.
•  Proven experience in corporate or enterprise transformation, strategy, management consulting or a similar leadership role.
•  A track record of leading complex, large-scale enterprise programs end-to-end, from concept through to delivery.
•  Comfortable operating across multiple workstreams simultaneously, bringing structure and clarity to complex environments.
•  Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, enabling you to navigate ambiguity and deliver outcomes.
•  Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the credibility to respectfully challenge and engage at senior leadership levels.
•  Passion for people leadership and developing high-performing teams.
•  Curiosity, resilience and a forward-thinking mindset.
