What will your typical day look like?
The Digital Production & SEO Consultant is responsible for managing and optimising the production of digital content across the various Deloitte platforms. This role will be involved in end-to-end campaign production, from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring that all content meets the project brief and is delivered on time. Key responsibilities include coordinating with campaign producers and designers to produce engaging and effective digital content. The role requires working within relevant organisational policies, frameworks and governance requirements, and aligning to the context of the clients and sectors they support.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in Content Strategy Development and Execution
- Support the Team Lead and campaign producer in developing a multi-channel content strategy.
- Help execute the content strategy across all owned digital channels, utilising digital tools including Eloqua, Adobe Analytics, Claravine, AEM, Sprinklr and Paid Media tools as required.
SEO Optimisation
- Drive campaign performance through proactive management of SEO utilising keyword research via BrightEdge and associated tools.
- Develop an always-on program of activity for SEO.
- Monitor basic performance metrics via BrightEdge, Crownpeak and Adobe Analytics to support improvements in search engine rankings.
Audience Engagement
- Work with the Audience Manager to engage relevant clients and leads in campaign execution.
- Help create nurture flows to ensure an optimal client experience.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Develop an understanding of the key accounts relevant to the agile team.
- Build knowledge on the industries and sectors relevant to the agile team for the purpose of digital and SEO optimisation.
- Participate in digital Centres of Excellence (CoEs).
Asset Coordination
- Identify necessary digital assets and work with the team.
- Support the campaign producer and designers to ensure digital assets are appropriate for each channel.
About the team
The Digital Production & SEO Consultant will work within the GPS team, which is part of a larger agile Squad consisting of 3 agile teams and will report directly to the Team Lead.

You may have all or some of the following skills / experiences:
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of SEO principles and digital content management.
- Website content management (AEM preferred)
- Demonstrated experience across a range of digital marketing tools and platforms, including: email/CRM (Eloqua), SEO (BrightEdge), social media (Sprinklr), website (AEM), analytics (Adobe), paid LinkedIn & Google Adwords.
Personal Attributes:
- Good Organisational Skills: Manages the production process from concept to delivery, ensuring that all digital content meets project briefs and is delivered on time.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Addresses challenges in SEO optimisation and digital content production proactively, contributing to continuous improvement.
- Effective Communication Skills: Clearly communicates with team members, including designers and campaign producers, to ensure seamless production and optimisation of digital content.
- Ability to Work Under Pressure: Efficiently handles the demands of multiple projects and deadlines, maintaining quality and consistency in digital marketing efforts.
