We are seeking a Property Analyst / Senior property Analyst or Property Valuer with a passion for real estate and the desire to work on some of the largest and most exciting real estate matters in the Australian market, while taking your career to the next level. 


Our multi-disciplinary property team comprises staff with a range of property specific qualifications and deep industry experience across property valuation, development & construction management, town planning, property financing, transaction management, occupier advisory services and property economics, meaning all aspects of complex real estate assignments can be handled by one team with seamless results.


Our team helps clients navigate through the entire property lifecycle. From the design of property strategies to site acquisition, planning and development approvals, delivery and ultimately sale or occupation.  Our inclusive and supportive team of property experts draws on our broad real estate and finance skills to help our clients make informed decisions in relation to some of their most complex property matters.

About the Role

Our unique market position and strong growth have created the need for more talented real estate professionals to join our team. The role involves supporting the Deloitte Real Estate Strategic Advisory team providing in-depth analysis of the market and analytical support on matters involving valuation, acquisitions, divestments, development feasibility and strategic decision making.  You will assist in the preparation of reports, general research, financial analysis, proposals & presentations and thought leadership papers as required.


You can expect to:

  • Conduct detailed research across a wide variety of office, industrial, retail and residential properties, projects and markets
  • Assist with market and project analysis and feasibility modelling
  • Assist with due-diligence investigations on a variety of assets
  • Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations
  • Support with marketing initiatives and proposals
  • Assist with day-to-day tasks on a range of projects across all aspects of the property cycle


You will work on some of the largest and most interesting real estate and infrastructure projects in New South Wales and will also have the opportunity to assist on projects throughout Australia.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you.

 You will have:

  • 3 to 6 years of relevant property experience either in real estate advisory, real estate valuation, property development, acquisition or property market research
  • Experience across a range of property types such as commercial, industrial, retail, residential development, etc
  • A professional qualification such as commerce, finance economics or business (with a  major in real estate, property, investment or similar)
  • Good analytical skills
  • Experience in writing professional reports
  • Sound market research, analysis and presentation skills
  • A good understanding of the property market and lifecycle
  • A good understanding of the NSW property market dynamics
