What will your typical day look like?

 

Based in Australia, you will support a diverse network of professionals across the AP region, helping to unlock value from our knowledge ecosystem and build stronger, smarter teams through knowledge sharing. You will

help to develop and foster a robust knowledge-sharing culture aligned with the CoRe KS strategy and the Clients, Industries and Markets Program across the AP region.

 

As a Knowledge Manager, you will:

  • Establish and build strong relationships with client and industry leads, stakeholders, and other enabling area leaders (e.g., Technology, Talent, Communications), working closely with CoRe KS team members to ensure a coordinated approach.
  • Build trusted relationships with business leaders and teams across Asia Pacific to understand their priorities and identify opportunities to deliver impactful knowledge solutions.
  • Develop and execute knowledge plans aligned to regional business goals and Deloitte's global CoRe KS strategy.
  • Drive the collection and curation of strategic content, project experiences and thought leadership for publication on global platforms.
  • Champion a robust culture of collaboration by facilitating access to subject matter expertise and fostering knowledge-sharing networks.
  • Monitor adoption and usage of knowledge systems, analyse engagement data, and design campaigns to encourage participation and engagement, such as collaborating with the Internal Communications team and leveraging tools like Viva Engage to increase the reach and impact of campaigns.
  • Support onboarding, training and enablement activities to build knowledge capability across Deloitte's Business Units and offerings. For example, working with the BU Learning teams to identify opportunities to offer tailored learning sessions, plugging knowledge content into existing learning programs etc.

Global CoRe provides seven fundamental services to Deloitte around the world: knowledge services, creative services, contact center, data management assessment services, data protection, procurement, and real estate.

We develop new and innovative ways to improve how these services are delivered across the organisation, leveraging our global scope and strength to serve our organisation within and across borders.

 

Enough about us, let’s talk about you.

You may have all or some of the following skills/experience:

  • 5–7 years in knowledge management, business or client enablement, or a related field within a global or professional services context, preferably with experience in the Asia Pacific region
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Library Sciences, Learning, or a related discipline.
  • Exceptional skills in building and sustaining relationships, with a proven track record of establishing rapport, building trust, managing expectations, and fostering enduring partnerships
  • Experience in electronic knowledge management systems, repository platforms, intranets/portals, and collaborative/social media tools
  • Strategic and innovative thinker with critical problem-solving abilities; strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills are crucial
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of influencing, inspiring, and engaging diverse audiences
  • Strong awareness of the evolving AI landscape, with a keen interest in leveraging emerging technologies, including Generative AI, to enhance knowledge discovery, content curation, and practitioner productivity
  • Proven ability to adapt to ambiguity and change, experienced in managing transitions and acting as a change agent to positively influence others
