What will your typical day look like?
In this role, you will join a team of Intune specialists responsible for driving key technology initiatives as the organization transitions to an integrated Intune platform. You will also support the Windows Endpoint and Mobile Device Platform teams, with a primary focus on managing Microsoft Defender through Intune.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tenant level support for Deloitte and specifically the Mobile and Windows platform teams.
- Research and evaluate new and emerging features, analysing their potential application in alignment with organisational security standards.
- Deploy and configure Microsoft Defender policies and procedures.
- Configure and manage Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) to ensure secure and appropriate access management within Intune.
- Manage and support endpoints, including mobile devises and Windows endpoints, through Microsoft Intune.
- Develop and enforce policies for compliance, configuration profiles, app deployment workflows, and Mobile Application Management (MAM)
- Monitor the Service Desk system, (Service Now) troubleshoot and collaborate with service users to deliver timely resolution.
- Change Control - Ensure compliance with Organisational Standards, documentation and best practices.

You are someone with:
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience working with Microsoft Intune, Mobile devices, Windows endpoints and Microsoft Defender.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience in similar role within a large Global organization.
- Strong understanding of Windows, Mobile and Intune technologies and their application to a large-scale Global organization.
- At least 5 years of experience providing support in a large-scale organization.
Technical skills:
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Intune tenant administration.
- Significant understanding of Role Based Access Configuration for Microsoft Intune.
- A strong working knowledge in creating and managing Compliance policies, Configuration profiles, MAM, App configuration, Application management.
- Extensive knowledge and practical experience with automated device enrolment processes.
- Skilled in the management and administration of Mobile Device Management (MDM) policies and restrictions.
- Should have strong working knowledge and understanding of MECM environment to support Modern Desktop Management, Co-management, Intune, and Autopilot.
- Familiarity with Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) and its integrations with Intune and Active Directory.
- Strong experience in the configuration and deployment of Microsoft Defender or other ATP applications, policies/configurations to Windows 11, iOS and Android Devices is preferred. Any experience with Defender on Linux, Mac and Windows server is desirable.
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Security Defender portal is an advantage.
