What will your typical day look like?

The DTS Workstation and Mobile Device Compliance team assists in maintaining compliance of managed endpoints to align with global and regulatory standards, including but not limited to MFS8 and ISO. Compliance leads will work directly with member firms and internal clients to help them track and maintain compliance on managed endpoints.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Support member firms and internal clients with using DTS tools such as the Device Compliance Dashboard (DCD).
  • Design and implement compliance audits and controls for managed endpoints.
  • Support member firms with reporting and feedback for process reviews.
  • Design metrics to measure compliance and identify risk.
  • Aid support channels in compliance communications, including notifications to impacted customers and business leaders.
  • Serve as a knowledge resource on compliance for member firms and internal clients.
  • Assume a support role on global compliance projects as needed.
  • Escalate compliance incidents as defined by the product and priority.
  • Collaborate with DT, vendors, and other support teams to provide compliance insights to customers.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

You are someone with:

 

Required: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Security, Information Systems, or equivalent industry experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in developing, implementing, or supporting compliance.
  • Advanced data analytics skills using Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerBI, and Tableau.
  • Strong self-starter with excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in an environment that requires daily flexibility to change processes and procedures to meet team goals and responsibilities.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills enabling you to communicate technical ideas to a non- technical audience.
  • Ability to develop quality deliverables with limited guidance.
  • Ability to effectively prioritise multiple demands and meet deadlines.
