We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dayforce Senior Specialist Lead to join our Workforce Payroll Solutions (WPS) team, with specific delivery experience and knowledge in Solution Oversight / Solution Architecture. As a Senior Specialist Lead you will play a crucial role in driving successful implementation projects for our clients, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes whilst providing support, advice and guidance to team members to help educate and development their solution capabilities.

 

What will your typical day look like?

As a Solution Oversight professional in Dayforce practice at Deloitte you will engage daily with clients to understand their needs, lead workshops, provide updates, ensuring alignment through effective team collaboration. You will manage project timelines, resources, deliverables, while mitigating risks and communicating progress to stakeholders. By offering technical and functional guidance, you will configure systems, troubleshoot issues and enforce best practices. Additionally, you will coach and mentor others within the Dayforce team and support their growth and development. You will ensure seamless integration of Dayforce within clients’ HR, payroll, and workforce management systems to enhance operational efficiency and user satisfaction.

Enough about us, let's talk about you  

You will be someone with a genuine interest in both the human and technical side of HR, payroll and workforce management technology. While you’ll certainly have deep expertise in solution oversight you’ll need to bring an aptitude for consulting in a client-facing environment. 

 

Requirements: 

  • Proven experience (min. 5 years) as a solution oversight and / or senior consultant in the configuration and deployment of Dayforce 
  • Experience in interpreting, formalising, communicating and assessing requirements in a solution oversight or solution architecture role 
  • Specialist knowledge in and understanding of the full Dayforce product suite,
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams. 
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Detail-oriented mindset, ensuring accuracy and quality in project deliverables. 
  • Tertiary level qualifications in Business, HR, IT or related areas are advantageous.
