What will your typical day look like?

As the Solution Architect working for Deloitte Cyber Analytics will take ownership for the end-to-end delivery of Clients requirements. As well as strong technical skills, you will have strong management skills with the ability to manage and influence stakeholders at all levels.


Your day will also involve:
•    Developing and monitoring security analytics
•    Establishing alerting and monitoring security frameworks. 
•    Automation and incident response
•    Maintaining best practices for Spunk deployment
•    Managing Splunk upgrades and reconfigurations
•    Ability to articulate the solutions in-line with customer’s requirements, and translate technical issues into plain English 
•    Produce high quality solution documentation and policy 
•    Manage some design work where alternative solutions are required
•    Build a business case with clear ROI /TCO details
•    Manage conflicting priorities and requests to ensure the right outcome is delivered

•    Strong Technical Management skills
•    Splunk and AWS skills are essential
•    Ansible, Python and Linux would be highly regarded
•    SIEM solutions
•    Managing stakeholders at varying levels
•    Strong client focus and relationship building
•    Ability to perform under pressure
•    Strong time management and prioritization skills
•    Degree qualified in Information Technology or related field
