About the team

 

Within our Sydney Customer team, we have opportunities across these specialist teams:

 

Marketing Advisory:  Work with our clients to advise and consult on seamless and impactful digital solutions from customer research to experience design through to development, UX content production, and marketing automation

 

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions:  Drive digital transformation and deliver end to end solutions leveraging the dynamics of Microsoft Dynamics technologies or using the Salesforce platform with mobile apps, digital experiences, and seamless data integration

 

Content:  Bring ideas to life by working with our clients to create, manage, and optimize content strategies to engage target audiences

 

Digital Marketing and Marketing Technology:  We specialise in marketing technology and market leading digital platforms to deliver a superior personalised customer experience.  Work with our clients to identify core issues and provide clients with data-driven approaches to resolutions using a variety of tools, like Google Analytics and Tableau to analyse data and generate insights 

 

Mobile:  Become an expert in native mobile development to design and build mobile apps to ensure seamless performance and user experiences

 

Business Analyst:  Join this team to understand client business requirements and work with our tech teams to bring to life rich user interfaces utilising cutting-edge technologies

 

UX:  Create intuitive and engaging digital experiences by combining design and technical skills to enhance user experiences

 

Front End Development:  If Javascript, HTML and CSS are your languages and you love bringing website and applications to life, this is the team for you

 

Customer Technology Managed Services:  Once we’ve implemented the solutions, work with our clients on an ongoing basis to optimise, maintain and enhance to ensure it meets their changing needs
