Enough about us, let’s talk about you

This role requires an enthusiastic creatively-minded account person, probably with around 2-4 years experience in agency (creative/digital etc), with a passion for creativity and ideas. Experience in a specific category of the client is not a requirement, however, breadth would be advantageous. 


We’re looking for someone who looks forwards not backwards. Who gets excited about collaborating with people with vastly different skillsets. Someone who feels comfortable with ambiguity, making decisions, and being able to figure stuff out. You will be someone who remains calm and demonstrates a high level of maturity and problem-solving when challenges arise. You will have a passion for business strategy, and the ability to present to clients with confidence.


Core skills:


Team leadership:

  • Demonstrate ability to work with a team, manage individuals, and inspire and motivate those around you
  • Bring together multi-skilled teams within Deloitte Digital and Deloitte Consultancy to gather inputs across functions and answer some of the most challenging problems
  • Use our resources to create apt and unique solutions for clients


Client relationships:

  • Build strong & long-lasting relationships with your clients with support from your managers
  • Understand your clients’ businesses and industries and seek to find value-adds - know what questions to ask, have a can-do attitude, and add value
  • Establish yourself as the day-to-day lead on your client accounts - responsible for managing client WIPs, delivery, and timings
  • Always know what’s going on across all live projects, anticipate issues, and escalate them
  • Have excellent time management skills with the ability to work on multiple projects



  • Understand and support the strategic direction of the account, working alongside an Account Director / Strategist
  • Understand your clients’ commercial objectives and how to deliver on those through creative work
  • Write inspiring creative and task briefs


Creative judgment:

  • Be a champion for world-class creative work
  • Provide clear and honest feedback to help make the work better 


Financial Management:

  • Be a guardian of the scope and deliverables
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects, delivering on time and on budget
  • Understand the fee structure on each account and manage the team’s time
  • Manage and develop timelines across the production and creative development phases



  • Ideal to have experience in delivering integrated campaigns
  • Have broad understanding of paid media and able to work with media agency
