Deloitte’s Talent Team is looking for a Consultant or Senior Consultant to join our Transformation Team working closely with our Transformation leads and having the opportunity to work alongside the firm’s Chief Human Resource Officer, Talent Workforce and Talent team to deliver world class experiences for our people.
What will your typical day look like?
Our Talent team are passionate about partnering with the business to deliver value, impact and create the best place to work for our people. This is a role within Talent to drive the people transformation agenda. You will work with the Transformation Senior Managers and collaborate with our Talent SMEs and our Human Capital team to drive, design and deliver impactful people solutions. This will include working to solve complex problems across the employee experience leveraging consulting methodologies balanced with a pragmatic perspective. You will work with senior stakeholders and teams across the business getting exposure to some of the best and brightest minds in the industry.

You may have all or some of the following skills/experience:
- 3-5+ years’ experience working in a professional services environment
- The ability to think strategically utilising knowledge of the employee experience.
- Outcome focused using structured problem solving, critical thinking, and consulting methodologies to delivery on projects.
- The ability to communicate ideas, strategies, and concepts in clear, compelling and credible ways to stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent organisational skills to prepare and maintain project documentation in support of the project management office
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with an ability to deal with ambiguity.
- Excellent PowerPoint, Excel and data analytic skills.
