We are currently seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Talent Operations team. Your role will involve supporting and transforming systems and process across Talent, including Cirrus (SAP SuccessFactors), Enboarder, Charlie Knows, onboarding, and employee life-cycle transactions. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across Talent and the business, including BU Talent, Talent CoEs, Finance, ITS, CWE, Global Mobility, and Immigration, following our "One Deloitte" approach. 

 

What will your typical day look like?  

 

A typical week will be varied, but usually include: 

  • Managing Cirrus enhancements, including stakeholder consultation, requirements documentation, request logging, prioritization support, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and sign-off. 
  • Managing ongoing project work including end-to-end process improvement implementation (from problem statement and requirements definition through to change/communication management). 
  • Reviewing and updating various communications, such as employee templates, DAIS, process guides, etc. 
  • Collaborating closely with and supporting our offshore Talent Services team. 
  • Responding to stakeholder and employee queries efficiently and effectively.  

 

About the team  

  

The Talent Operations team may be small, but we deliver a lot!  We handle a continuous pipeline of BAU priorities and critical projects, we are adept at pivoting our focus to meet dynamic internal and external requirements, as we strive to deliver on being ‘Brilliant at the Basics’, whilst applying a ‘People and Digital First’ approach. 

  

We are a strong team who support each other and pitch in to do whatever is needed to get the job done; supporting the transformation of Deloitte’s employee experience.

 

Enough about us, let’s talk about you.  

  

You will have:  

  • A proven track record in identifying, designing and implementing process improvements 
  • Operational knowledge of Cirrus/SAP SuccessFactors, knowledge of other Talent technologies is advantageous but not essential 
  • The ability to balance the user experience, system restrictions and legislative requirements to build the best, fit for purpose solution 
  • Experience in a fast paced, growth environment and track record in delivering creative and innovative talent solutions 
  • Experience in an HR Generalist role is advantageous but not essential

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Proficiency in data analytics 
  • Sound strategic thinking, while paying attention to detail 
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects, with conflicting priorities
