As a professional in Advisory and Transaction services, you bring a strong blend of analytical expertise, strategic thinking, and client-centric execution.
Your skill set spans financial analysis, due diligence, market research, and deal structuring, enabling you to support clients through transactions with confidence and precision whilst contributing to Impact. With a keen understanding of market dynamics and stakeholder expectations, the role will guide decision-making processes and optimise value throughout the transaction and/or advisory lifecycles.
What will your typical day look like?
The Analyst/ Snr Analysist will play a key role in supporting financial analysis, research, reporting, and strategic initiatives. This position is ideal for candidates who are highly analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to develop their skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The Analyst/Snr Analyst will contribute to key decision-making by preparing insightful analyses and working closely with internal stakeholders and/or external clients across all services and industry types.
Core Skills
- Financial Modeling: Experience in building dynamic financial models, understanding valuations methods (DCF, comparable company, precedent transactions), and scenario analysis to support investment decisions.
- Strategic Advisory: Ability to deliver insights on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, capital raising and restructurings, ensuring alignment with long-term client goals.
- Transaction Execution: experience in end-to-end deal support including due diligence, documentation, stakeholder coordination, and regulatory compliance.
- Market & Industry Analysis: Strong competency in evaluating market trends, competitive landscapes, and economic indicators to advise on timing and feasibility of transactions.
- Client Relationship Management: Proven ability to develop trusted advisor relationships with First Nations stakeholders, investors, and key decision-makers.
- Project Management: Efficient at managing multiple engagements under tight deadlines, balancing technical rigor with practical business considerations.
- Communication & Presentation: Clear communicator adept at preparing investment memoranda, pitch decks, and presenting findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Risk Assessment: Comprehensive understanding of transactional risks, financial, legal, operational and experience in mitigating them through structured approaches.

You may have all or some of the following skills / experiences:
- Minimum of an undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a related field and 3-5 years’ experience in similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Excel (financial modelling), PowerPoint, and Word
- Solid understanding of financial statements and key financial concepts
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience in Impact Capital environment is desirable but not essential.
