In response to the growing demand both globally and in Australia for Trustworthy AI, we are looking to hire Consultants to join our national Trustworthy AI team. As part of this team, you will have the opportunity to deliver market-leading advice and practical solutions that support our clients in achieving safe and responsible AI. What will your typical day look like? 

 

As a Consultant in the Trustworthy AI team, you will play a crucial role in advising clients on developing and operationalising safe and responsible AI strategies, frameworks, policies, standards, and practices. You will design and implement AI risk management and governance frameworks that align with regulatory requirements and meet industry, government, and community expectations. You will also support integrating risk management practices into every stage of the AI lifecycle to ensure the responsible development and deployment of AI solutions. Additionally, you will contribute to the advancement of Trustworthy AI through thought leadership activities, assist in expanding our Trustworthy AI business, and stay ahead of the curve with the latest trends, innovations, and AI regulations.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

 

 

  • 2+ years working experience in Technology Risk, AI Risk or in similar related fields.
  • Knowledge and understanding of best practices in AI governance, including a strong grasp of AI-related regulations, ethical standards, and industry best practices i.e., NIST AI Risk Management Framework, ISO 42001 AI Management System. 
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills, with experience in client-facing roles.
  • Strong time management skills to ensure timely delivery and effective workload management.
  • A team player who is willing to roll up their sleeves and support the team in accomplishing tasks.
  • Strong skills in time management, project management, collaboration, and a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles including supporting with client presentations and workshops.
  • Technical acumen in AI/ML technologies, data science, and analytics tools, along with the ability to identify, assess, and mitigate AI risks throughout the AI lifecycle.
  • Qualifications and certifications in recognised and relevant industry accreditations such as AIGP, ISO 42001 etc.
