Join Monitor Deloitte as a Strategy Consultant in Australia and help clients make confident strategic choices on their biggest growth, transformation and reinvention challenges.

What will your typical day look like?
Working as part of a project team, you'll help unpack complex client problems, structure options and shape clear, evidence-based recommendations. That could mean conducting market research, analysing data, building business cases or developing client-ready outputs that move a decision forward.

The work you do will help senior leaders clarify where to play, how to grow and what needs to change to deliver on strategy. You'll contribute to projects that span enterprise strategy, business design, business model innovation and strategic transformation across a wide mix of industries.

Along the way, you'll collaborate with strategy practitioners and specialists from across Deloitte, including teams in Design, Digital, Data Analytics and Access Economics. It's a role with variety, pace and plenty of room to build both your consulting craft and your industry depth.

Monitor Deloitte is Deloitte's strategy consulting business, helping leading companies and governments grow, transform and reinvent. The team works across some of Australia's most important sectors, combining deep industry insight, strategy capability and leading methodologies to shape the CEO agenda and give clients confidence in the choices they make.

Enough about us, let's talk about you
You may have all or some of the following skills/experiences:

• 2-3 years' experience in strategy consulting, or in a strategy team within a leading organisation
• Strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work through ambiguity and turn insights into clear recommendations
• Confidence working with quantitative analysis, financial modelling and data to support decision-making
• Experience contributing to client deliverables, workshops or project workstreams in a structured and organised way
• The ability to manage your own work while collaborating effectively with a broader project team
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with a range of stakeholders
• A proactive, curious mindset and a willingness to bring ideas forward and keep learning
• Experience supporting project planning, governance or delivery would be beneficial
