What will your typical day look like?
As a team member in our Analytics & Data Science team, you will - Understand business strategy, business requirements and to envision how advanced analytics technologies enable organizational strategies; Communicate technical requirements and outputs in a clear and concise manner; Develop solutions that provide our client teams with key insights to make critical decisions; Develop world class analytical models and put in place a framework of automation for productionisation, accuracy and precision testing and version control management; Guide the team, systems, and practices that enables the organization to leverage cutting edge data mining and machine learning technique; Develop a capability to turn high-throughput, real-time data into rapidly actionable insights.


Enough about us, let’s talk about you.
You are someone with:

  • Solid experience in advanced analytics and solutions delivery
  • 2-8 years of experience in AI depending on which level we are considering you on.
  • Consulting & client management experience ideally in a large delivery focussed environment.
  • Must have managed small to mid-sized analytics teams. 
  • Experience of working within a structured project delivery environment, perhaps where AGILE techniques are used.
  • Ability to query and mine large data sets to discover transaction patterns, examine data and isolate targeted information - using traditional as well as predictive/advanced analytic methodologies
  • Knowledge of following programming languages: R, Python, similar Big Data Tools.
  • Experience in database design, development with advanced proficiency in SQL
  • Working experience with machine learning algorithms and platforms such as AzureML or MLLib or Mahout, etc. will be preferred.
