About the team
Resource management is the efficient and effective development of an organization's resources, such resources may include the financial resources, inventory, human skills, production resources, or information technology and natural resources. At Deloitte, each member of our diverse team is a trusted advisor to the business, ensuring that the right people are on the right jobs at the right time. This team ensures that internal resources are used effectively on time and to budget and advises business about best resourcing practices & works with high level of excel proficiency.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you. 

You will be someone with a genuine interest in both the human and business side of resource management. While you may have some experience as a resource management professional, you may be someone with experience in high volume project-based recruitment interested in a new career direction and keen to learn.

You will additionally have the following:

  • 1-3 years’ experience in building relationships with partners and stake holders.
  • Ideally some experience in operations/ workforce planning/ scheduling /resource management
  • Experience preparing, analysing data and reports.
  • Strong MS Office skills, in particular MS Excel.
  • A high level of attention to detail, who is a highly organised self-starter.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, handling conflicting priorities.
