We have an exciting opportunity to join the Learning Experience (LX) team for a 12-month FTC. 

 

What will your typical day look like?

 

You’re someone with a passion for learning and development, strong organisational and communication skills, and an interest in designing great learning experiences. You're detail-oriented, curious, and keen to develop your skills in project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and learning design. 

You enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and bring a growth mindset to everything you do.

This fixed term contract offers an exciting opportunity to gain exposure to the end-to-end learning lifecycle while contributing to impactful initiatives that shape the learning experience across the firm.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination & Program Support

  • Support project planning and tracking to ensure key deliverables are met on time.
  • Assist with stakeholder communications, meeting scheduling, and action tracking.
  • Coordinate facilitator availability, session logistics, and LMS setup in partnership with the Learning Services team.

 

Discovery and Needs Analysis

  • Support the gathering of business requirements and training objectives.
  • Conduct learner and stakeholder interviews and surveys.
  • Collate and organise data for analysis to support learning needs discovery.

 

Learning Design and Development

  • Assist in developing learning objectives and instructional approaches using adult learning and human-centered design principles.
  • Contribute to learning experience outlines and storyboards, including modality and format selection.
  • Build learning materials and resources in collaboration with subject matter experts.
  • QA your own and peers’ work to ensure consistency and quality.

 

Facilitation and Capability Building

  • Co-facilitate and support smaller learning sessions, contributing to a high-quality learner experience.
  • Gather and analyse post-session feedback from learners and facilitators to inform improvements.

 

Measurement and Continuous Improvement

  • Track key learning metrics such as completion rates and learner satisfaction.
  • Contribute to lessons learned reviews and process improvements for future program cycles.

You may have all or some of the following skills/experience:

  • 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Deep curiosity and agility in learning new topics quickly.
  • Organisational and project management skills, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality learning programs and assets.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate design concepts and feedback clearly.
  • Ability to think flexibly, to learn and solve complex problems.
  • Creative and innovative in your approach
