The pace is dynamic, the problems are often complex, and the work gives you plenty of scope to deepen your expertise while contributing to a high-performing team.

Enough about us, let's talk about you

You may have all or some of the following skills/experiences:

  • Experience in financial crime, or in financial services, consulting, or federal/state government environments

  • Knowledge of AML/CTF regulatory requirements, with exposure to sanctions, fraud, or broader financial crime themes

  • Ability to work through complex issues and turn analysis into clear, practical recommendations

  • Strong stakeholder engagement, consulting, reporting and communication skills

  • Excellent analytical, conceptual thinking and problem-solving capability

  • A collaborative approach and genuine curiosity about financial crime risk and emerging issues

  • Experience with financial crime data, technology, or transaction monitoring design, implementation or operation

  • Nice to have: capability across tools such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Python, Oracle, Tableau, PowerBI, Unix, Java, J2EE, XML or application servers
