- Thrive in an innovative, collaborative people culture
- Prioritise in-person connection with your team and clients, with flexibility to balance work and life
- Shape and drive the firm’s Growth strategy by designing ROI-led programs that translate market priorities into measurable business outcomes
We have a full-time permanent opportunity for an enthusiastic, flexible and dynamic Commercial Strategy & Finance Business Partner to join the Growth Enablement team and help integrate and embed our market choices and Growth’s strategic agenda across the firm.
What will your typical day look like?
Your day will centre on shaping the commercial foundations that help Growth deliver against the firm’s go-to-market strategy. You will lead the design and execution of the firm’s Growth financial plan, ensuring investment choices, sales and planning assumptions are aligned to strategic outcomes. Working closely with senior leaders, including C-suite stakeholders across the firm, you will bring a clear commercial lens to planning discussions, challenge thinking where needed and translate strategic priorities into practical, measurable plans.
You will also provide commercial oversight of ROI performance reporting and investment approaches, setting the direction for the analysis required to assess impact, performance and return. While teams will support the detailed modelling, reporting and analysis, you will be responsible for the overarching design, interpretation and development of the approach—using your commercial acumen, stakeholder management and ability to navigate ambiguity to turn insights into decisions and deliver strategic outcomes.
