We are seeking an exceptional Client Account Manager to join our Growth team! 

 

What will your typical day look like?

 

This is an exciting career opportunity for a career focused Senior Manager to join our Growth team and immerse yourself in the pursuing Deloitte's most strategic opportunities. In this role you’ll be involved in managing strategic client relationships and driving account improvements, ensuring seamless execution of operations. By working closely with the LCSP, you'll lead account planning and support the client service team. You will also be responsible for developing impactful leadership meetings, reporting on key metrics like revenue and pipeline activity, and fostering connections across cross-firm teams. Your efforts will drive the success of assigned clients by applying best practices, engaging in go-to-market activities, and delivering exceptional value. Additionally, you'll work with global teams, support key pursuits, manage procurement relationships, and team with offshore resources to fuel account growth. Conducting client feedback interviews and preparing both internal and external communications will also be key components of your role.

You may have all or some of the following skills/experience:

  • 5+ years’ experience in account management or similar role, operating within a complex account management environment
  • The ability to influence and respectfully challenge senior stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, ability to interpret data and identify trends
  • Ability to effectively manage competing priorities, know when to make sound judgement calls
  • Ability to meet deadlines, prioritise and manage projects to conclusion
  • An enthusiastic, resilient and pragmatic approach to driving account strategy and planning
  • Ability to facilitate the development and implementation of strategic client relationship plans, focused on delivering the best of Deloitte.
