We are seeking an exceptional Senior Consultant to join the Brand and Marketing team! This an opportunity to make a meaningful impact, contribute to major opportunities, and set Deloitte apart in the market. This role is an 8-month fixed term contract.
What will your typical day look like?
The Campaign Producer is responsible for managing and coordinating campaign production activities within a single team to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of marketing initiatives. This role involves overseeing project timelines, coordinating asset needs, facilitating strategic inputs, managing production partners, and ensuring effective event execution. The Campaign Producer will act as a liaison with internal stakeholders to align efforts and achieve campaign objectives within the Brand and Marketing Team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Timeline and Deadlines
- Oversee project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
- Plan and manage sprints to align with campaign objectives.
Coordinate Asset Needs
- Identify necessary assets and work across the team, including with Marketing Excellence (ME) and contractors, to coordinate inputs.
- Ensure all required materials are available and delivered on time.
Proactive Coordination of Strategic Inputs
- Coordinate cross-domain strategic inputs, including account planning information, medium and long-term opportunities, and major pursuits.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among different teams and stakeholders.
Manage Production Partners
- Oversee relationships with production partners, such as editorial teams.
- Ensure high-quality production outputs that meet campaign requirements.
Interface with Internal Stakeholders
- Act as a liaison with internal stakeholders, including Family and Friends, to ensure alignment and support for campaigns.
Event Delivery Management
- Manage event delivery, including coordination with event contractors where relevant.
- Ensure seamless execution of events as part of campaign activities.
About the team
The Campaign Producer will work within one of the agile teams, which is part of a larger agile
Squad consisting of 3 agile teams.
You will report directly to the Team Leader, who provides strategic direction and oversight.

You may have all or some of the following skills/experience:
- Business or marketing-related tertiary qualifications or 3 - 5 years’ experience in a marketing or campaign production role
- Experience in working with multiple stakeholders and complex environments
- Strong understanding of campaign production processes and asset management.
- Excellent Organisational Skills: Demonstrated ability to organise tasks, manage time effectively, and prioritise work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong Problem-Solving Abilities: Proven track record of identifying issues, analysing situations, and implementing effective solutions promptly.
- Effective Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Collaborative Mindset: Experience working collaboratively within a single team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Resilience Under Pressure: Capable of maintaining composure and delivering results under tight deadlines and high-pressure scenarios.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and quality of campaign assets and deliverables.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving.
