We are seeking a talented Consultant to join our National Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2–3 years of experience in accounting or finance to further develop their business partnering skills and contribute to a high-performing, collaborative team. You’ll play a key role in supporting financial performance, providing insights, and helping drive better decision-making across the business.

What will your typical day look like?

In this role, you’ll be working closely with Business Finance Leaders and Managers to support the financial performance of the business through high-quality reporting, analysis, and stakeholder engagement. You’ll gain exposure to a wide range of finance activities, helping to translate financial data into meaningful insights that support strategic decisions.
Day to day, you’ll be preparing and analysing weekly and monthly financial results, supporting forecasting processes, and contributing to month-end activities. You’ll also build strong relationships across the business, working collaboratively to resolve financial issues, identify improvement opportunities, and support ongoing transformation initiatives within the finance function.

You may have all or some of the following skills / experiences:

2–3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a similar role
Strong commercial acumen and understanding of financial performance and reporting
Experience preparing and analysing financial results to support decision-making
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to build effective business partnering relationships across different levels
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
High attention to detail and accountability for accuracy of financial data
Experience using MS Excel; exposure to Power BI, SAP, or Cognos is advantageous
A continuous improvement mindset with an interest in driving change
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team
