You delve into the details of what a solution needs to meet these demands, and the intricate rules around it. You lead high performing teams.  You are the conduit between business, technology and creative, and can work with a variety of stakeholders to deliver successful projects and drive outcomes.  You lead and identify improvement opportunities, and focus on creating a joyful customer experience which meets strategic business needs.

You are someone with:

• A love for working with and delivering new digital products across a range of technologies.
• The ability to work closely with clients and key stakeholders to build relationships, understand their wants and needs, define requirements around their digital products and manage their expectations.
• The ability to manage scope and prioritise features on product roadmaps and backlogs according to business value.
• An understanding of a variety of business analysis techniques, and the ability to identify and utilise best practice methods to achieve project outcomes.
• Skills to lead and facilitate requirement gathering workshops and interviews with different parts of the business.
• Ability to lead a small team of Business Analysts and other designers to:
  • Drive outcomes.
  • Create clear and unambiguous user stories and functional specifications which will be used for scoping and technology implementation.
  • Collaborate with each other and with technology other members of a cross-functional agile delivery team.
• Experience coaching and mentoring junior team members, including providing timely and constructive feedback.
• A structured approach to solving problems and the ability to drive project outcomes in ambiguous fast-moving projects.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to explain complex and/or technical concepts to different audiences, from executives and business stakeholders to project managers and technical teams.
• Experience working closely with CX, UX and UI designers to understand customer requirements and to design user focused interactions that meet customer needs.
• Experience working closely with architects and developers to understand solution options, feasibility, effort estimates and technical constraints.
• Ability to work closely with other project leads to support overall delivery outcomes, including providing input into project plans, defining deliverables and proactively raising, managing and mitigating risks, issues, dependencies and assumptions as required.
• Ability to work closely with project managers, developers and other team members to support and unblock delivery during development sprints.
• Ability to work closely with quality assurance during the build and testing phase to validate requirements and support the creation and execution of test cases.
