We are seeking a passionate Azure Solution Developer who excels in delivering technical solutions. What will your day at Deloitte look like?

  • Requirement analysis and design: Collaborate with clients and our broader teams to understand solution requirements. Document design specifications to meet these requirements.
  • Learning and Creativity: Staying on top of latest technical trends, trying new innovative ways of solving problems.
  • Implementation and testing: Coding cloud native, API-based, and modern integration solutions ensuring adherence to best practices, meeting functional and non-functional requirements, and conducting integration testing.
  • Troubleshooting: Provide assistance in troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Being a team player: Support your peers. This includes performing code reviews, specification reviews, and sharing your knowledge with others.
  • Client interaction and collaboration: Engage with a wide range of clients and stakeholders, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Contribute to the broader Cloud & Engineering practice: Beyond your project commitments, we encourage our engineers to contribute to the broader community within the practice. This could be through knowledge sharing activities, being part of the development of internal assets & accelerators, and more.

Interpersonal and soft skills:

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Comfortable working in a consulting environment.
  • Desirable: experience working with Agile approaches.
  • Desirable: experience in consulting or client-facing roles. 

 

Technical skills:

  • 2+ years of experience developing Web APIs with C# and the .NET ecosystem.
  • Experience and understanding of various integration patterns.
  • Experience with automated unit testing. 
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub or similar source control and CI/CD platforms. 
  • Highly desirable: experience delivering solution on Azure utilising services such as API Management, App Services, Azure Functions, Service Bus, Event Grid, Logic Apps, Container Apps, AKS, etc. 
  • Highly desirable: experience with infrastructure as code such as Azure Bicep and/or Terraform, and scripting with PowerShell and Azure CLI. 
  • Desirable: experience with OpenAPI specifications. 
  • Desirable: familiarity with GitHub Copilot or similar GenAI assisted productivity tools. 
  • Desirable: Azure and relevant professional certifications.
