We work with a range of cutting-edge technologies including Microsoft Power Platform, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and Microsoft CoPilot, and we’re constantly exploring new tools and techniques to stay ahead of the curve.

 

What will your typical day look like?

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of end-to-end RPA solutions using UiPath and Automation Anywhere (A360) applications.
  • Collaborate with project manager/business analyst/business stakeholders to gather automation requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Review and enhance existing automation scripts for performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior RPA developers.
  • Develop and maintain solution documentation including PDDs and SDDs.
  • Integrate RPA with other platforms such as SQL Server, and SharePoint.
  • Work with Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, etc.) to complement RPA workflows.
  • Explore and build proof-of-concepts with Copilot Studio for AI-enhanced automation.
  • Ensure compliance with security, governance, and best practices across automation implementations.
  • Participate in automation lifecycle management and support, including scheduling, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
  • Provide technical input for platform architecture, licensing strategy, and automation roadmaps.

 

About the team

Deloitte ICS is on the lookout for a Senior Development Consultant to join our dynamic and highly capable Automation Centre of Excellence (CoE).

 

Enough about us, let’s talk about you.

 

You are someone with: 

  • At least 3 years’ experience in RPA development with strong hands-on experience in UiPath (including REFramework, Orchestrator, Studio, and Attended/Unattended bots).
  • Practical experience in Automation Anywhere (v11 or A360) desirable.
  • Proficient in writing and debugging SQL queries.
  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), version control (e.g., Git), and CI/CD practices.
  • Ability to understand and work with REST/SOAP APIs and data formats like JSON/XML.
  • Familiarity with Power Platform tools, especially Power Automate desirable.
  • Basic knowledge or interest in Copilot Studio for conversational automation desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • UiPath or Automation Anywhere certifications (Developer or Advanced RPA Developer).
  • Experience in enterprise automation environments including bot orchestration and scaling.
  • Exposure to Microsoft Azure, including Logic Apps or Azure Functions.
  • Prior experience working in Agile teams.
