What will your typical day look like?
Experience diversity and dynamism in our professional services each day with varying stakeholders, such as our clients and their vendors/ services providers, to understand their business processes, system interfaces and IT infrastructure. You will interact and work together with the Financial Audit teams to gain a different perspective on what matters to the audit, and how, we, as IT audit specialists contribute and collaborate to this objective. Your investigative skills will be utilised to confirm if the client’s IT controls are designed and implemented effectively to address financial audit risks, as well as ensure these controls are in line with industry standards and best practice.

  • Liaise with varying stakeholders, e.g. clients and their vendors/service providers to understand their business processes and system interfaces and IT infrastructure
  • Interact and work together with the Financial Audit team to gain a different perspective on what matters to the audit and how IT audit specialists contribute and collaborate to this objective.
  • Investigate and confirm if the client’s IT controls are designed and implemented effectively to address specific financial audit risks
  • Help the team ensure controls are in line with industry standards and best practice

  • Studying an IT degree with a Business focus, or a Business degree with a tech focus
  • A confident communicator who can explain complex systems in simple, layman's terms
  • A natural problem-solver
  • Someone with strong project and organisational skills
  • A team player and someone who thrives in collaborative environments 
  • Finishing your studies mid or end of 2026 
  • A permanent resident or citizen of Australia or a New Zealand citizen
