What will your typical day look like?
- Engage directly with high profile clients on their most important and challenging business issues by addressing and solving their priority operational problems
- Work with a high performing team with a strong commitment to excellence in pursuit of helping our clients drive profitability and performance
- Draw on Deloitte’s unique capabilities in Design thinking, Digital, Data Analytics, Deloitte Access Economics and experience from our global consulting network
- Undertake extensive asset optimisation, capital projects and broader operations transformation focused training and development (both structured and on the job) with the opportunity to experience borderless careers through international assignments and secondments
- Provide team leadership mentoring and coaching of junior staff
- Work on some of the most challenging private and public sector capital programs in the region

Enough about us, let’s talk about you.
In response to strong client demand for our services, we are seeking a manager to join our Asset Management and Performance Consulting team. We encourage anyone who possesses 7+ years of experience and the following skills to apply:
- Multiyear experience in consulting or problem-solving within a commercial, start-up, not-for-profit, disruptor or gig organisation
- Experience leading and mentoring teams with a passion to develop others as well as yourself
- Experience in the use of structured problem-solving approaches / frameworks
- Highly effective communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to build strong relationships with a range of clients
- Strong facilitation skills for large groups of people that are adaptable for different situations and communications styles
- Experience conducting analysis (desktop research, data analysis, reviewing documents, interviewing etc.) and synthesising into digestible outputs (e.g. reports, presentations)
- Experience in creating business development materials
- Curiosity to learn and proactivity to bring forward ideas
- Experience with global mining, oil and gas and/or other asset intensive industries is preferred
