What will your typical day look like?  

The Global Workforce Analyst role at Deloitte is key to supporting the AP/ Australia Global Workforce Lead in providing market-leading service to win and deliver on client projects and input to broader Global Employer Services (GES) engagements.  The role includes building and maintaining effective and professional internal and external client databases and relationships to ensure seamless and efficient service is provided to support the needs of the business.  You will have access to great mentors, Directors and Partners that collaborate, innovate and are successful in helping clients navigate the complex challenges of an international workforce.   

 You will support the Global workforce team in servicing clients and build your understanding of various policies, processes, and market leading methodologies. You will also be exposed to a number of global clients to enhance your career and will effectively help these clients to manage their globally mobile workforce.


About the team
With global growth comes greater employment complexities - that’s where we come in.  Deloitte Global Employer Services (GES) help multinational corporations navigate multifaceted tax laws and labour regulations. Combining tax research and data analytics, we give advice on global compensation, Visa and work permits, employment taxes and policy design for international assignments.

The minumum salary requirements for this role is $75,000 total package inlcusive of superannuation.
