The Adobe Alliance team are the drivers of strategic growth and a successful partnership between our Deloitte colleagues and the Adobe ANZ Team.
About the role
The Alliance lead, with the support of Alliance leadership, will develop and execute the strategic plan which drives all aspects of the alliance relationship. This includes pipeline, solution and industry focus, business development via the Alliance sales teams, enablement and certification plans, demand marketing, client events, thought leadership and joint solution development.
Key areas of responsibility
- Creates the strategic plan for the Alliance, including go to market strategy, with direction from Deloitte and Adobe leaders.
- Expands relationships and builds connectivity and eminence within Adobe and Deloitte delivery teams. Understands the Alliance organisation to guide / monitor our senior interactions.
- Provides regular communication and transparency to promote the success of the partnership both internally and externally.
- Assist on large-scale new business development pitches and proposals.
- Contributes to regular business and relationship reviews with Deloitte Partners and Adobe executive.
- Works alongside marketing teams to build and execute joint demand generation plans (e.g publishing thought leadership, client events, etc).
- Builds and maintains activity and performance reports, dashboards and insights. Ensures CRM data is accurate for use in reporting.
- Responsible for the daily operations of the Alliance activities and relationships – including internal training, certifications, community of practice sessions, etc.

- Excellent relationship building skills across both internal and partner stakeholders
- Strategic with the ability to execute
- Preferably, a good understanding and experience working with or for a tier one consulting firm and within an Alliance role, preferably Adobe
- Well-developed executive communication and presentation skills.
- Bringing a “can do” attitude, that loves being challenged and solving complex problems.
- A generalist understanding of Digital and Adobe technologies.
