As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering and optimising Adobe Workfront solutions for enterprise clients. You will lead implementations, design processes, and act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, ensuring Workfront is aligned to business processes, governance, and adoption goals.

What will your typical day look like?

• Lead end-to-end Adobe Workfront implementations, enhancements, and administration.
• Design scalable Workfront solutions aligned with business processes and governance models.
• Configure core Workfront objects, including projects, tasks, issues, portfolios, programs, custom forms, workflows, and approval processes.
• Define and implement intake, demand management, and prioritisation frameworks.
• Optimise resource management, capacity planning, and scheduling.
• Build dashboards, reports, and KPIs to improve visibility and decision-making.
• Design and support integrations with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Creative Cloud, and other enterprise platforms.
• Configure automations using Workfront Fusion and collaborate with technical teams on APIs and integration requirements.
• Define governance models, roles, permissions, and access controls.
• Translate business requirements into effective Workfront configurations and operating models.
• Advise clients on Workfront best practices, standards, and adoption strategies.
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Mentor and support team members, contributing to knowledge sharing and delivery excellence.

You bring a strong blend of Workfront expertise, consulting experience, and stakeholder engagement skills.

You may have all or some of the following skills / experiences:

• 7–10 years’ experience in work management, marketing operations, or enterprise platforms.
• 4+ years of hands-on Adobe Workfront experience.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale Workfront implementations.
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Project and portfolio management
  • Resource management and capacity planning
  • Request queue s and intake processes
  • Custom forms, layouts, and workflows
• Experience with Workfront Fusion, automation, and integrations using APIs, webhooks, and data flows.
• Experience with data migration and system configuration.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Adobe Workfront Core Developer & Project Manager certifications preferred.
