As a Senior Consultant / Senior Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, building, and delivering scalable Adobe Experience Manager solutions while providing technical leadership within the team.

What will your typical day look like?

• Leading the end-to-end design and development of AEM solutions across Sites, Assets, and Forms.
• Designing and developing custom AEM components, templates, workflows, servlets, OSGi services, and integrations.
• Providing technical guidance to junior engineers and ensuring adherence to coding standards, performance, and best practices.
• Supporting AEM upgrades, migrations (on-prem to Cloud Service), and performance optimisation initiatives.
• Integrating AEM with Adobe Experience Cloud products (Analytics, Target, etc.) and third-party platforms (CRM, DAM, ERP, eCommerce).
• Conducting code reviews and supporting quality assurance and deployment activities.
• Contributing to Agile delivery through collaboration with business analysts, UX designers, and stakeholders.
• Supporting CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for AEM deployments.
• Ensuring solutions meet security, accessibility, and SEO standards.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you.

You may have all or some of the following skills / experiences:

• You bring strong hands-on AEM expertise, sound engineering fundamentals, and the ability to work collaboratively in complex delivery environments.
• 7–10 years of Java/J2EE development experience, with 5+ years working on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.x and/or AEM as a Cloud Service).
• Strong understanding of AEM architecture, including Sling, OSGi, JCR, Dispatcher, and HTL (Sightly).
• Hands-on experience building custom components, templates, dialogs, workflows, servlets, and services.
• Solid experience across AEM Sites, Assets, Forms, and Content Fragments.
• Experience integrating AEM with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party systems.
• Working knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React or Angular exposure is a plus).
• Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD tooling, including Git, Maven, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and Adobe Cloud Manager.
• Exposure to newer AEM capabilities, including Edge Delivery Services.
• Strong problem-solving skills with clear communication and the ability to mentor others.
