Our national Learning team creates and delivers innovative, exciting, and impactful learning solutions for our people. An opportunity exists for an experienced Administrator to join the Learning Business Partnering team based in our Sydney office. This is a 12-month fixed term contract

 

What will your typical day look like?  
Join our team as an experienced administrator, where you'll support the onshore learning team by executing learning operations, ensuring quality deliverables through collaboration with offshore Learning Services, crafting compelling communications, managing learning inboxes, collating data for insightful reports, assisting with learning setups, updating digital platforms, handling invoicing, and developing essential learning materials.

We're looking for someone with a passion for organisation, customer service, communications who shows initiative and has a growth mindset. Your ability to balance business needs, team priorities and the learner experience will be critical for success in this role.

You are someone with:

  • 3 - 5 years of relevant experience
  • A strong administration/co-ordination background specifically in a medium to large corporate
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to think flexibly, to learn and solve complex problems
  • Demonstrated capability to build, influence and manage stakeholder relationships 
  • High degree of comfort using technology and learning new tools and platforms
  • Strong collaborative and team focus
