This is a great opportunity in our Change & Experience team, where you'll help lead AI-enabled transformation in ways that are practical, responsible and built to last.

What will your typical day look like?

Working closely with Partners, senior leaders and transformation teams, you'll lead change strategies that help our people understand what is changing, why it matters and how adoption creates value across the business. A big part of the role is turning complex AI initiatives into clear, practical actions that build confidence, capability and momentum.

You'll design and deliver interventions that respond to the human, cultural and behavioural impacts of change. That could mean facilitating leadership sessions, shaping adoption plans, enabling executive forums or creating experiences that help teams move from awareness to action.

Success in this role comes from strong judgement, curiosity and the ability to bring others with you. Across the firm, you'll influence stakeholders with different perspectives, strengthen governance and delivery rhythms, and use AI and experimentation to improve how change is delivered and measured.

Sitting within a broader Change & Experience environment, the team works across strategic initiatives that shape how our people work, grow and deliver for clients. It's a space where change, communication, leadership and experience come together to help the firm embed new ways of working in meaningful and measurable ways.

Enough about us, let's talk about you

You may have all or some of the following skills/experiences:

• Significant experience leading change across complex enterprise or business transformation programs
• Strong experience with AI-enabled or technology-led change, including translating new tools into practical adoption plans
• The ability to build credibility with senior leaders and influence across a large, matrixed environment
• Confidence navigating cultural, behavioural and stakeholder dynamics to drive alignment and action
• Experience designing and facilitating leadership sessions, workshops and adoption experiences
• A practical, outcomes-focused approach with strong judgement, structure and follow-through
• Curiosity about AI, innovation and experimentation, and how they can improve change delivery
• Experience in professional services or similarly complex environments would be beneficial
