To aid our success in this space, we are seeking a skilled and experienced UKG Pro WFM Technical consultant to join our WFM Operate team that will provide support to our clients across UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM).
As a UKG Pro WFM Technical consultant, you will play a pivotal role in contributing to providing specialist-led support for complex or ongoing functions for our clients, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes.

About the Role
As a Technical UKG Consultant, your day to day may include:
- Providing technical support and advisory services to clients across their UKF WFM environment
- Troubleshooting technical system issues by analysing configuration, integrations and data flows to identify root causes and implement solutions
- Designing, building and maintain technical configuration, integrations and system enhancements aligned to business requirements
- Supporting system upgrades and new product released through technical impact analysis, testing and deployment support
- Collaborating with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical system solutions
- Supporting transition of client from project implementation into ongoing management services support
- Reviewing system performance and recommending improvements to optimise reliability and user experience
- Supporting documentation of technical solutions, configuration and support procedures
- Working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of technical support services

You will be someone with a genuine interest in both the human and technical side of HR, payroll, and workforce management technology. While you’ll certainly have expertise in UKG software, you’ll need to develop a strong aptitude for consulting in a client-facing environment:
- Strong technical knowledge of UKG Pro Workforce Management architecture and integrations
- Experience designing and supporting technical system solutions within workforce management environments such as Time & attendance, scheduling, absence/Leave and Accruals.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose complex technical issues
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong stakeholder engagement capability
- Detail-orientated mindset, ensuing accuracy and quality in project deliverables
