Are you a strategic leader with deep experience in IT service delivery and client engagements? Do you thrive on managing complex portfolios and driving business growth through operational excellence and leveraging senior level relationships? At Deloitte, we are looking for a Specialist Director to lead high-impact AMS and ITSM engagements with clients in Engineering/Infrastructure and Healthcare/Public Sector.

 

What will your typical day look like? 

Engagement & Delivery Leadership: Take charge of strategic engagements, ensuring service delivery is meeting the clients’ expectations and Deloitte’s high-quality standards. Oversee performance metrics (SLA/KPIs), facilitate governance forums, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Operational Excellence: Design and optimise AMS/ITSM delivery models for scalability, automation, and cost-effectiveness. Drive accurate invoicing and proactive financial oversight.

Client Relationship Management: Build and grow trusted executive relationships, anticipate evolving client needs, and position Deloitte as a partner in digital transformation and operational resilience.

Team Leadership & Culture: Lead multi-disciplinary teams including service managers, ITSM experts, and consultants. Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture.

Strategic Growth: Identify new opportunities for account growth. Collaborate with industry and sales leaders to shape pursuits and evolve service offerings to meet client challenges.

 

About the team

Our AMS team delivers high-quality managed services and strategic transformation initiatives across key industries. We help clients modernise operations, boost resilience, and improve service delivery- with a focus on innovation, automation, and value creation.

 

Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a Perth based seasoned leader with a passion for strategic delivery and client success. You’ll ideally have/demonstrate:

  • A degree or time in role equivalent in Information Technology, Business or a related field
  • Strategic thinking and innovation, particularly in ITSM and AMS practices, with foresight into future needs
  • A track record of managing complex service engagements and cross-functional teams.
  • Proven change leadership, guiding clients and teams through transformation with clarity and purpose
  • Operational leadership expertise, including scaling delivery and managing risk effectively
  • Strong stakeholder management skills – including C-Suite engagement
  • People leadership and talent development experience, mentoring emerging leaders and building high-performing teams
  • Demonstrated ability to lead digital transformation and operation change

Bonus if you have:

  • Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or equivalent
  • Experience in public sector transformation or enterprise consulting
  • Relationships within the WA Public Sector
  • Post graduate qualification in technology or Business
