We are looking for people across the many aspects of the SAP Cloud-Based Solution focussing on your technical and functional experience.  

What will your typical day look like?  

As a SAP SuccessFactors Solutions Deployment Manager, your day to day you might be:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project deliverables and timelines, and allocate resources accordingly.
• Assign tasks and provide guidance to ensure team’s productivity and performance.
• Engage with clients, stakeholders and team members to communicate project updates, progress and to manage expectations.
• Oversee execution of solution deployment to ensure adherence to project milestones and budget.
• Identify and resolve issues that arise during deployment process.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and communicate progress, risks and achievements.

The Deloitte HR Transformation team provides a complete range of specialised services across the world’s foremost Human Resources, Payroll & Workforce Management solutions including industry leaders SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle and UKG Dimensions and we are recognised by clients and the industry as a leading provider of solutions, services and support.

We are looking for people across the many aspects of the SAP Cloud-Based Solution focussing on your technical and functional experience.

You will have experience with:

• Strong knowledge and a deep understanding of SAP SuccessFactors solutions is essential.
• In-depth experience with full SAP deployment lifecycle is imperative.
• A strong project management in SAP SuccessFactors with a proven record of managing large and complex projects.
• Interacting and engaging effectively through meetings with the different stakeholders and team members to deploy the solution. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effectively stakeholder management.
• Meeting your project deliverables through meeting your individual deadlines and ensuring project scope is maintained.
• Data migration experience would also be beneficial.
