What will your typical day look like?

We work with organisations to help them reduce the financial reporting burden. This can include identifying process improvements and technology solutions that can reduce the time taken to produce financial reports.

We focus on improving the quality of financial information and aligning accounting outcomes with the commercial outcomes achieved by organisations. By ensuring accounting matters are addressed appropriately and in a timely manner, we enhance the efficiency of the financial reporting process and reduce the burden associated with statutory reporting and compliance obligations. We are specialists in finance function transformation, accounting change, financial management, transaction accounting advice, specialised finance outsourcing.

You will use your leadership skills to oversee the completion of projects, manage project economics, establish team objectives, conduct pitches to prospective clients, support our marketing team with new initiatives, and provide training on technical issues. This is a rewarding opportunity and set you on the path to advancement to director or partner level.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you.

You may have all or some of the following skills / experiences:

• At least 8 years’ experience in finance, accounting, external audit, or a related field
• Excellent skills delivering finance or accounting advisory projects or internal improvement activities, financial reporting, management accounting, and budgeting
• Experience in the mining industry and someone who understands Finance Transformation (highly desirable)
• Possess a bachelor’s degree or above in accounting/finance or a related field
• Possess a CA/CPA qualification (or similar)
• Proven ability to analyse, summarise and present large quantum of data
• Strong communication, leadership, project management, and multitasking skills
