What will your typical day look like?  

A career in the Deloitte Consulting team means you will be working alongside top management consulting talent to solve the toughest problems for Australia’s largest companies – you never have a boring day!  As a Senior Consultant in our Health Consulting Team, you will:

  • Work with high performing teams with a strong commitment to excellence in pursuit of helping our clients drive clinical safety and operational performance by addressing and solving their priority operational problems
  • Draw on Deloitte’s unique capabilities in Structured Problem Solving, Design thinking, Digital, Data Analytics, Deloitte Access Economics and experience from our global consulting network
  • Leverage your Health experience to help our clients improve the way they operate and govern, manage risks, manage costs or change the way function and do business.
  • Lead and coordinate project workstream delivery with a focus on outcomes and impact, shaping and guiding junior staff

In response to strong client demand for our services, we are currently seeking a Senior Consultant with clinical, operational, corporate or program/project management experience in Health.

You are someone with:

  • 4+ years of consulting or problem-solving experience within a commercial, start-up, not-for-profit, disruptor or gig organisation
  • Experience leading and mentoring teams with a passion to develop others as well as yourself
  • Experience in the use of structured problem-solving approaches / frameworks
  • Highly effective communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to build strong relationships with a range of clients
  • Strong facilitation skills that are adaptable to different situations and communications styles
  • Experience conducting analysis (desktop research, data analysis, reviewing documents, interviewing etc.) and synthesising into digestible outputs (e.g. reports, presentations)
  • Experience with creating business development materials
  • Curiosity to learn and proactivity to bring forward ideas
