What will your typical day look like?

As a Senior Consultant within our Human Capital practice, you will have the opportunity to lead diverse teams in the delivery of complex transformation programs and create positive experiences for our people and our clients. 

 

You may work on a range of transformations including:

  • Business Transformations, including functional and enterprise transformation programs, digital/adaptable transformations and culture transformations
  • Technology enabled transformations, including cloud-based technology programs, agile change, human centred communications and learning around the moments that matter for technology adoption

As a Senior Consultant in our team you will enable your clients to lead strategic transformations in their organisations through high impact experiences that deliver true business value and lasting results. You will work on teams to understand the human element of change and design and deliver activities to build readiness where it is needed across our clients’ organisations. We are attracted to people with a growth mindset, a desire to make things better and a track record of performance.

 

We are looking for an experienced professional who has worked across multiple business domains, has proven consulting experience in the discipline of organisation transformation. Experience in the number of these areas is highly regarded:

 

  • organisational change management, including agile change management
  • culture and leadership strategy, design and implementation
  • stakeholder engagement and communications
  • employee experience and human centred design techniques
  • learning and capability development
  • technology adoption  (e.g. ERP program)
  • organisational design, including design of ‘non-traditional’ organisation design

 

We are looking for someone with Consulting experience, ideally having worked in a professional services consulting environment. Someone who has a strength in structured problem solving and critical thinking, and who has the ability to communicate ideas, strategies and concepts in clear, compelling and credible ways to stakeholders at all levels. Someone who is able to deal with ambiguity and demonstrate resilience and strong commitment towards project and personal goals.
