About the role
We are looking for a Senior Consultant based in Perth with forensic investigations and advisory experience in the areas of fraud, corruption, risk/compliance advisory and workplace misconduct. Some experience in the preparation of matters for use in a civil and/or a criminal context would be advantageous but not essential.

The successful candidate will become a senior member of the Deloitte Perth Forensic team and the role will involve:
•    Delivering investigation and forensic advisory services to public sector and corporate clients and their legal representatives, where appropriate.
•    Executing on complex and highly sensitive investigations in a team and delivery of reports of varying types.
•    Managing the delivery of advisory services to clients focused on fraud risk, corruption or misconduct.
•    Providing excellent project management skills, including coaching and leading others, and working with senior leaders to engage with clients. 
•    Working in high performing teams that draw on different skills where appropriate, including forensic technology and data analytics.
•    Supporting senior leaders with sales and business development of investigation and forensic advisory services or solutions.

Deloitte’s Australian Forensic practice brings together a team of professionals from across the industry, combining forensic accounting, law enforcement, regulatory, consulting and legal capabilities to advise and guide local, regional and global clients on business critical issues, including fraud, compliance, financial loss and financial crime.

You may have all or some of the following skills / experience:
•    Previous work experience involving forensic investigations and delivering fraud and corruption risk advisory services.
•    Strong investigative, analytical, conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills. 
•    Interview and report writing skills and a keen attention to detail with advanced proficiency with relevant software (including Microsoft Office suite).
•    Proven and reliable project management and project delivery skills with highly developed leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
•    Demonstrated practical commercial business acumen and a desire to make a contribution to business development
•    Certificate III in Investigative Services, Certificate IV in Government Investigations, WA Licensed Investigator or equivalent 
•    Tertiary qualification
