What will your typical day look like?
The SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant is responsible to provide functional support and continous improvement acress SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. Your day will invole troubleshooting system issues, configuring enhancements, and ensuring the platform operates efficiently within agred service levels. You'll also review quarterly releases, conduct impact assessments, and recommend improvements that optimise process and client user experience.

  • 3+ years' hands-on experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central in a BAU or managed services environment. 
  • Strong configuration capability across different modules in Employee Central 
  • Proven experience troubleshooting complex functional issues and conducting root cause analysis
  • Experience reviewing and implementing qaurtley SuccessFactors relaeases includiong impact analysis and regression testing 
  • Strong understanding of end to end HR lifecycle processes and data governance principles 
  • Proven experience in working within SLA-driven environments and managing multiple client priorities 
  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification (Highly regarded)
